Background
The Organizing Committee, IEEE Norway Section and the Norwegian IEEE-OES Chapter are proud to invite you to exhibit at the OCEANS’13 MTS/IEEE Conference, which is hosted in the World heritage city of Bergen, Norway, from 10th to 13th June 2013.
OCEANS '13 MTS/IEEE Bergen features tutorials on special interest topics, a comprehensive technical program of lectures and presentations, a student program, and a large exhibit hall with products from numerous companies, all emphasizing in particular on
”The Northern Dimension and Challenges”.
On behalf of the organizing committee of the OCEANS 13, we hereby offer your company to participate at this congress as it will be an excellent opportunity to expose your company brand and products to a target audience.
Congress venue
The congress venue is Grieghallen, the largest convention centre in Bergen. Exhibitors will be given excellent opportunities to present company names and products in the Exhibition Hall. The Grieghallen is situated in the city centre within 10 minutes walking distance to all major hotels and city service facilities. The Conference area is purpose built for conferences combining exhibition and scientific programs.
The organizing Committee is dedicated to do their outmost to ensure that your investment at OCEANS 13 will be as fruitful as possible, by facilitating an effective market place for your company and its products.
The Exhibition is coordinated by the officially appointed PCO for the OCEANS 2013, Travel Planners of Scandinavia AS, acting as Agent of Contract on behalf of the above mentioned congress hosts. A: Standard Exhibition Stand NOK 28,800.00
- Exhibition space of 9 m2. ( 3 x 3 meters Standard Shell Scheme build-up included)
- Two exhibitor passes; conference scientific program and evening events access not included.
- Inclusion in the Exhibitor listing.
VAT 25% will come in addition to mentioned prices.
Each pavilion (themed Pavilion) has a total space of gross 120 m2. On each pavilion there can be max 12 exhibitors with 6m2 each. (3x2 meters)
Each pavilion space exhibitor will be granted 1 conference participation pass, including all Social evening conference events.
The idea is to invite network clusters of companies and / or associations to buy pavilions, whereby each pavilion can consist of several independent companies exhibiting under one common umbrella, thus enabling cost sharing and co-branding.
If one organization purchase an entire Pavilion, the cost will be NOK 132,000.00 with the same total space of gross 120 m2. (Outer walls, signage and lighting included)
VAT 25% will come in addition to mentioned prices.
